We were able to quickly unload and head to our spacious king suite, accompanied by an adjoining double room. Our bags arrived before we were settled because we couldn't help but marvel at the thoughtful layout that made us feel as though we were in our own private apartment. The premium bedding brought us so much at-home level of comfort, while the luxurious finishes in the bathroom added a touch of indulgence. The modern walk-in showers, stocked with Dyptique products, were such a delightful treat that elevated our stay to a new level of luxury.
One of the standout experiences at this Four Seasons was the impeccable service provided by every staff member we encountered. Each individual exuded a genuine desire to assist, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were not just met, but exceeded. Whether it was the prompt housekeeping staff providing extra linens or the knowledgeable concierge sharing insider tips for exploring the area, every interaction left us feeling valued and cared for. We even needed a toothbrush and they brought us a few complimentary kits with a bamboo toothbrush, Marvis toothpaste and mouthwash. We immediately upgraded the welcome kits we have in our home for guests after experiencing this selection.
While our busy schedule prevented us from fully indulging in all the amenities the hotel had to offer, we were able to catch glimpses of the impressive facilities. The modern fitness center, with its top-notch equipment and spacious layout, looks to promise invigorating workouts. The simulation golf, a unique amenity that our boys adored, added a playful touch to the stay and left us with hilarious memories. Golf is not our sport, but we will keep swinging.
Despite not being able to experience everything Four Seasons Hotel Houston had to offer, the central location of the hotel allowed us to easily venture out and explore the vibrant city. The pool glistened under the Texas sun, so we’ll be sure to return with swimwear. The boys still loved the fresh air and the bartender joyfully gave us an orange. I’m pretty sure it was a decorative display, but the boys asked–each staff encounter proving to be true testament to service culture. The joy of the simulation golf, a hidden gem waiting to be discovered, will be reserved by us next time. The spa, an expressed favorite among guests, hinted at a world of relaxation and pampering that I hope to indulge in on my next visit.
