Read First: This is the introduction to your day-by-day compass. Whether you’re preparing your body for pregnancy, managing stress, or simply striving to feel your best, you’ll find practical rituals, product tips, and nourishment strategies designed for exactly where you are in your cycle.
Let’s begin this journey, one day at a time.
Each day begins with wisdom, with rhythm, and with radiant purpose.
The "28-Day Cycle" is a general average, not a fixed rule for everyone.
Here’s the truth:
Yes, a typical menstrual cycle is often 28 days — but that’s just the average.
A healthy menstrual cycle can range from 21 to 35 days for adults.
Day 1 of your cycle is always the first day of actual bleeding — not spotting, but real flow.
So if you started bleeding on what you tracked as Day 25, that means your entire cycle was 24 days long this month.
Next month, it could be 26… or 28… or 30. It varies due to stress, sleep, illness, nutrition, travel, etc.
So to clarify:
If you're bleeding on Day 25, that is now Cycle Day 1 of your next cycle.
The 28-day number is just a reference — your body’s cycle length is personal and dynamic.
The Most Important Notes:
Always double cleanse. The first cleanse is essential for the visible dirt – makeup, sweat, oil. The second cleanse is for what’s unseen to the naked eye – buildup, photoreactivity, oxidative stress.
This is not medical advice or a substitute for medical visits. Please seek medical attention in case of an emergency. Consult with a medical professional before starting new activity, nutritional supplements or introducing new dietary restrictions.
Hormone levels are not the same for everyone and you should always seek a medical professional if you experience hormone levels, stress levels, or menstrual cycle fluctuations that are not typical or do not reflect average results.
If you have allergies or sensitivities to any foods, ingredients, or products, do not adopt those suggestions in this plan. Please skip the step or find safe alternatives that are suitable for you.
